However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is an issue with the received item, please refer to our simple return and refund policy below:

🔄 Return Policy

How many days do I have to return a product? You must raise a return complaint within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the product.

Under what conditions can a product be returned?

  • You received a completely different product from what you ordered.

  • The product was damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.

  • Any parts or accessories are missing from the package.

  • The received product does not match the pictures or description provided on our website.

Conditions for Return (Mandatory):

  1. The product must be completely unused.

  2. The product must be returned with its original box, intact packaging, user manuals, warranty card (if applicable), and the original cash memo/invoice.

  3. Cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene-related items (e.g., used shoe covers, massagers) are strictly non-returnable once the seal/box is opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to initiate a return? If you find any issue after receiving the product, please take clear photos or a complete unboxing video as soon as possible. 💸 Refund Policy

How and when will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned product reaches our office, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it.

  • If your claim is validated, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Card, or Bank Transfer).

  • For “Cash on Delivery” (COD) orders, the refund will be sent to your preferred mobile banking number (bKash/Nagad).

Policy regarding Delivery Charges:

  • If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged product delivered), SellTez will bear the complete courier charges for the return or exchange.

  • However, if the product is in perfect condition but the customer wishes to return it for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needed), the customer must bear the delivery charges for both ways (sending and returning). In this case, the delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
